Russian occupation forces fired at civilians from MLRS "Grad" in the Luhansk region.

"Early in the morning of 18 March, the Russian occupiers shelled residential areas in Kreminna. There are no military facilities, checkpoints or even infrastructure in the areas of the shelling, that is near private households. Russian troops are deliberately shelling residential areas where civilians live,"it is said in the message.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that the occupiers fired from MLRS “Grad”.
On 18 March, Russians killed 4 people in the Luhansk region, 10 were wounded. As a result of heavy shelling of Severodonetsk, Rubizhne, Privillia, Kreminna, 54 houses and infrastructure facilities were damaged.
Also, the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Sergei Gaidai refuted the fake from the enemy that Russia has already occupied the entire region. The occupiers only partially entered Rubizhne and Popasna.
